Lena Sene joined JTA International Investment Holding in May 2023 as an Adviser to the CEO.

She holds a B.A. in Economics from Bates College, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. Lena is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Wolof.

Lena is the President and CEO of Developing Capital for Africa (DCA Africa), an investment advisory firm based in Senegal.

With over 15 years of finance experience across the U.S. and Africa, she has held senior roles at JPMorgan Chase, Lehman Brothers, Deer Isle Capital, and CGF Bourse. In 2006, she was appointed a White House Fellow by President George W. Bush and later served as Campaign Director for Senegal’s 2012 presidential elections.

Named one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Africa in 2025, Lena combines expertise in finance, leadership, and public service.

Dr. Winand Staring joined JTA International Investment Holding in 2023 as an Adviser to the CEO.

He holds a Doctorate degree and has an academic background in international relations and diplomacy.

Dr. Staring is a former Dutch Ambassador and United Nations diplomat. He currently serves as Ambassador-at-Large in the MENA region for The Hague Institute for Global Justice and is also a consultant to the World Bank.

With extensive experience in international diplomacy and development, he has built strong connections at the highest global levels — including top decision-makers from Fortune 500 companies, major corporations, financial institutions, family offices, wealth managers, embassies, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists. He also possesses deep regional expertise and cultural understanding of the Gulf countries.

Peyman Kargar has been a Senior Adviser to JTA International Investment Holding since February 2025.

He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering.

Peyman is the Chairman and Founder of multiple companies across the Middle East and Europe. He was formerly the Global Chairman of INFINITI, Nissan’s luxury brand in Japan.

With over 30 years of international experience, Peyman’s expertise spans the entire automotive value chain, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, project management, sales, marketing, and business development. He has held executive leadership positions across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America.

Vasileios Vasileiou joined JTA International Investment Holding in 2026 as an Adviser to the CEO.

He is an experienced aviation executive with more than 30 years of international leadership across airline operations, advanced flight training, and aviation development projects.

At JTA International Investment Holding, Vasileios contributes to the company’s aviation initiatives by advising on the evaluation, structuring, and development of aviation-related investment opportunities.

Throughout his career, he has held senior command and executive roles with internationally recognized aviation organizations, including Olympic Airways, Jetstream Aviation, Royal Eswatini National Airways, and Etihad Aviation Training. He has also contributed to several airline start-ups, supporting operational development, regulatory approvals, and certified training systems.

Vasileios has accumulated more than 14,900 flight hours across Airbus and Boeing aircraft and holds extensive credentials as an instructor and examiner under FAA and EASA frameworks.

In addition to aviation, he has been involved in entrepreneurial ventures across telecommunications, mobile security technologies, and commodities trading, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to aviation and investment initiatives.

Almas Jiwani joined JTA International Investment Holding since April 2025 as an Adviser to the CEO.

She is the President Emeritus of UN Women Canada and the CEO of the Almas Jiwani Foundation.

Almas is a distinguished humanitarian leader and powerful speaker who has addressed global forums including the World Bank, APEC, UNEP, and the African Development Bank. She has worked closely with multiple governments to implement humanitarian policies. Her network spans high-level international stakeholders across government, business, and philanthropy.

Her impactful work covers Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond, with a focus on entrepreneurship, education, and sustainable development. Among her honors are the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, a commemorative stamp from Greece, and President Biden’s Gold Medal.

Fabian Lares joined JTA International Investment Holding in June 2025 as an Adviser to the CEO.

He holds an MBA from IE Business School in Spain and BA/MA degrees from Western University in Canada.

Fabian is the Chief Investment Officer at Holt Capital, the private markets arm of the Holdun Family Office, and the Founder of Oak Tech Capital, a Toronto-based advisory boutique focused on private market transactions.

With over 20 years of international experience in investment banking, he has developed deep expertise across equities, equity capital markets, venture capital, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, private credit, and structured finance. He has advised institutional clients across the Americas, Europe, and the GCC, and previously co-led the private investment division at JB Capital in Madrid. He also holds advisory roles with several international platforms.

Mahsa Bagheri joined JTA International Investment Holding in May 2016 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Civil Project Management from Tehran University.

Mahsa currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at JTA, a role she assumed in 2024 after serving as Business Development Manager since 2018.

With over 12 years of professional expertise in project management, commercial operations, and investment services, she has successfully led large-scale projects across diverse industries, consistently driving operational improvements.

Donaldson Nukunu Sackey joins JTA International Investment Holding in 2021 as an International Relation Manager.

His career began at Sackey Metal S.A.R.L, the family business, where he gained corporate experience through a partnership with Aurubis AG.

He later expanded into financial and governmental negotiations across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia as an independent broker.

His business interests include the energy sector; particularly sustainable energy projects, and blockchain technology, where he has been active since 2014 through partnerships in Asia and the UK.

He has built multiple ventures and joint ventures across blockchain, finance, and commodity trading, and is recognized as a trusted business leader, known for his strategic vision and entrepreneurial drive to impact global markets.

Ali Hadji joined JTA International Investment Holding in December 2019 as a Portfolio Manager.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Ali brings over six years of experience in negotiations, portfolio management, and investment analysis.

He has successfully led and supported projects across multiple industries, with his analytical expertise and strategic approach contributing to the growth and diversification of the company’s investment portfolio.

Ali Bagheri joined JTA International Investment Holding in March 2024 as the Executive Assistant to CEO.

He brings over 15 years of professional experience across hospitality management and English education, with a focus on departmental supervision.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in English Translation.

Ali has successfully led academic departments while also taking on supervisory roles in the hospitality industry. His diverse background enables him to support executive leadership with a well-rounded perspective, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of cross-sector operations.

Ali Abbas joined JTA International Investment Holding in September 2017 as an HR employee.

He was promoted to HR Manager in 2021 following a successful performance appraisal.

Ali brings 10 years of experience with expertise in human resources, office administration, and legal fundamentals.

He is skilled in organizing employee records and preparing legal documents.

Abdollah Jahanbakhsh joined JTA International Investment in 2025 as a Business Development Executive Expert. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and has completed advanced executive education in business administration. He is a seasoned professional in business development, strategic growth, and market expansion.

He plays an active role in identifying and structuring new business opportunities, supporting investment initiatives, and contributing to the development of sustainable, long-term growth strategies.

With a solid technical foundation and advanced management training, alongside extensive expertise in commercial strategy and market development, Abdollah brings a strong analytical and practical approach to project evaluation and partnership development. His ability to bridge technical insight with business strategy supports informed decision-making and the effective execution of initiatives aligned with JTA’s long-term vision.
